North Dakota passed a law that would make medical marijuana legal for those who have a prescription. If you are a current DOT medical card holder, you still are under Federal law which would make the use of any and all marijuana illegal. If you are drug tested and found positive or use medical marijuana and state this on the dot forms, you will be considered disqualified and will have to follow the illegal substance protocols.
If you have any questions or concerns about this please do not hesitate to call our office at 701-577-2877.
